I paid extra for the litter mat and never received it

While this is the best-looking litter box out there, there are no handles, and not even a lip, to grab onto, to move it (from the photos of the box, in advertisements, it appears that they used to have finger holes). Also, the holes in the scoop are too large, and the scoop, itself, is too small—and the scoop caddy is open at the bottom (!!!), so that the dirty litter ends up on your floor. I was hoping for a caddy that would hook onto the litter box, but it does not. I bought a separate scoop (from another company), which hooks onto the sides of litterboxes, and has a closed bottom, but this litter box has sides that are far too thick for the caddy to hook onto. So, I threw out the scoop/caddy that came with the litter box, and I use the hook-on one, though it has to sit on the floor. For these reasons, even though I love the look of the litter box, I would not buy another. I had thought of buying another one, to replace the ugly one under my bathroom sink, but it would not fit under my standard sink.

This is such a beautiful litter box! It's so spacious for the kitties too - my other cat mostly stopped using her smaller stainless steel litterbox once she used this one for the first time. I also love the wooden lid because it looks super cute, covers the smell, and acts as another surface for the cats to climb on! I use around 3 bags of tofu litter to fill it a month, which might start to add up, but my cats all love using the litter box. I got compliments from other people who also love the look of the box!

Ordered my Michu Pet litter box back in April. Unfortunately the wooden lid was back ordered and had to wait until June to have it delivered. Customer service was excellent, they kept me updated on the status and even offered to send just the box right away and the wooden lid when available. I opted to wait since I was replacing one I have. THIS BOX WAS SO WORTH THE WAIT! It’s not like the average litter box that eventually absorbs the odors and has to be tossed. This box is made of hard plastic which doesn’t absorb odors and is so easy to scoop out waste. Worth every penny and the wait. Kudos to you Michu Pet!!

Large enough for my messy kitties, to help keep things neat. Litterbox is attractive & lightweight for its size. It has a handle on the back, but my suggestion would be to have handles on both sides - that would make it easier to move the litterbox for cleaning the area around, and for emptying/cleaning the box itself.

It took my cat a couple of days to get used to it but she finally did. She’s a sand kicker and this prevented cat litter all over the floor to later clean up. Yes it’s pricy but it’s excellent quality, heavy duty plastic and actually stylish so it will look good in most homes. I chose the open top one for my cat does not like enclosed spaces.

I originally had the XL Castle 2-in-1 Front Entry, but the tracking that came from the litter with that litter box was a big problem . I bought and tried this one, and I have to say that the tracking problem is little to none now! The only problem I have with XXL Deluxe Cat Litter Box is that I wish that it had the original design that the XL Castle had. It was a very sleek, modern design that I absolutely LOVED so if Michu Pet finds a way to combine the pros that the XXL Deluxe had (like the type of plastic used and the high walls) and the pros for the XL Castle (like the design and scratching pad), I would absolutely drop money to get it immediately!

Awful. I've had cats all my life, and many, many litter boxes. This is the worst. It's very bulky, not easy to pick up and move. The opening in not high enough and my cats kick lots of litter out of it making it messier than other litter boxes. Plus, I found this to be very expensive for what you get. Very disappointed.

The litter box is very spacious which is exactly what I was looking for in a hooded litter box. My cat was scared of the darkness at first but i installed a motion sensor light inside and it became the perfect edition for my room. No more litter open to the air and the box is very aesthetically pleasing and my cat loves to sit on top or use it as a stepping stool for the window. It is a bit big but find the perfect spot for it and the size won’t be noticeable at all. The scoop is a bit lackluster for cleaning but I have my own so i don’t mind. The price is very steep but it is an investment.

This litter box is 100% with it. It is BIG it is a BIG litter box. You will not need to worry about if your cat is too big. It is good quality and SO cute, so worth the money. Our cats are ferocious diggers, so our previous litter box was causing litter to go everywhere every single time they used the box. So far we have had this, we’ve not had any issues with that due to the high walls. Also, we switched to their tofu litter and it’s been great. I love this litter box and I definitely recommend it, and in my opinion for the size, quality, and aesthetic it is worth the money.
