I really wanted this box to work out. But it is possibly the worst box I’ve ever had.
It is very aesthetically pleasing, but unfortunately, the drawer that is supposed to contain the litter fails to actually do so. Litter somehow manages to get not only in front of the box, but behind it, even under it! I think the drawer is simply too shallow. To avoid the litter mess, I tried putting less litter in the drawer, but this is also a problem because then the cat urine and feces just stick to the plastic making it hard to clean.
I think this box has the potential to be great, but its design falls short of utility. Given the insane price point, it should be better.
Finally, the lack of customer service is an outrage. Maybe Michupet will actually respond to my concerns now that I wrote a review.

The cat box looks great! My cats love the scratcher on top, only issue is pee gets out the back of the cat box :/ might have to get a replacement for this one. Loved everything else about it

Absolutely LOVE this litter box. At first I thought it would be too small for my cat but she fits just fine. She loves the scratch pad on the top and loves to take naps there. Would definitely recommend!

best litter box I’ve ever owned. It’s expensive… but worth it. It looks nice, the pull-out-drawer is perfect making it very easy to clean, and the extended doorway with the litter catcher keeps litter inside the box! Most importantly, my cat loves it. She even likes laying on the top and cleaning her paws up there - didn’t think she’d really use that

Firstly, i would like to acknowledge the michupet team, because they have exceeded my expectations as far as excellent customer service. Originally, I ordered the white castle litter box and was instead sent the morandi green one. I was upset because the green didn’t aesthetically match with anything I owned, and could not figure out how and why I was sent the wrong litter box.
I got in touch with a customer service rep, and they communicated well. I was planning to exchange the litter box for the white one, but i needed a litter box because my kitten had came. So i had to use the morandi green litterbox, i was upset that I wouldn’t be able to return it. But, the michupet team, actually sent me out a new white castle litter box and were kind enough to let me keep both litter boxes. Honestly, I have never experienced this kind of customer service before. I can only thank them for their service, and leave this review. Michupet team, thank you guys.

So many great features! 1st of all, it looks amazing. Definitely an upgrade from the old standard litter Box. Being enclosed, there is no litter scattered. And it's perfect for cats that sometimes miss and go over the edge. It's very easy to clean by just sliding out the tray. And the cats absolutely love the removable scratcher!! 10 out of 10!!!

I cannot recommend buying this litter box enough. It’s a perfect product/size and my cat LOVES it. Plus, the packaging is phenomenal as it doubles as a cat toy! A cat toy that is now my cat’s favorite. I am beyond impressed and completely satisfied. This litter box is so worth it in many ways. I’ve gone through so many and I know that this one is here to stay.

I was so excited to receive these! They’re fantastic quality and packaged nicely. I have had kitties for 10 years and I am always skeptical when purchasing new items. Especially ones as costly as these. I’m very happy with my purchase. I chose this litter box because there’s no seem for the litter to escape. Additionally, I was skeptic about the litter scooper included- but I must say- this is the sturdiest litter scooper I have ever owned. The liners that come with it are strong like a heavy tarp. Worth every cent!

I wish I had found this earlier. My 8 year old 16lb cat was close to going to the bathroom over the edge of her litter box. This has high sides with the exception of the door area and it is still higher than other boxes. Money saver. I would highly recommend this litter box

I wish I had found this litter box years ago. My cat is a standing pee-er. This is the highest sided box and no seams to leak. The surrounding area stays clean and the box is nice and sturdy. The scoop that comes with it is also good and catches all the little bits. It’s a good value when you realize it will solve the problem once and for all. The fact that the lid can be closed, half open, or removed is also great.

Good quality and large enough. The product itself is great. One of my cats is super picky about litter boxes and he did use this new one within just a day of setting it up. It accommodates very large cats because of its size and it can be covered or uncovered - it's like a convertible car!!! Very slick design and integrates well with my interior. It doesn't need to be hidden in the corner somewhere.

I have to admit I was slightly embarrassed spending so much on a cat litter tray but I was at my wits end due to my dog eating cat poo out of the litter trays every time they used it. Since installing this tray his cat poo munching days are over and he has really tried to get his favourite treat without success! Another benefit is that the cat litter all stays in the tray and none is tracked into the house. I did find
cleaning the tray out a bugger due to the circumference of the base it's hard to tip into a bin bag, so I got a
food scoop which now makes it easy, quick with no mess. So if you have a cat poo eater in your house and have tried everything to stop their munching, get this, it really works!

I gave this little box almost two months. I’ve used different types of litter, maneuvered it around trying to get it to sit perfectly. This box doesn’t stop litter from coming out the back or the sides of the box, it literally hides it. Per makes its way through the cracks also and down the the surfaces below. It has to be completely taken apart and unscrewed just to be properly cleaned and sanitized. Once you take that lip off for the first time, after only a week it is disgusting. A mixture of pee and litter stuck inside of it. I am extremely disappointed with this product. I want a full refund. This may look pleasing to the eye but it is not built for what it’s meant to be used to do.

I bought this litter castle in the hopes that it would hide the smell of my older cat’s business, and it was quite a hit! The older cat claimed it as his personal bathroom, and my younger cat staked her claim on the top scratch pad portion right away! Not only that, but it’s durable, easy to clean, looks nice, and helps lessen the smell. So many other covered litter boxes in the same price range were some sort of cardboard material, so I was happy to find something that will hopefully let for much much longer!

It’s so easy to clean and I haven’t had any issues with any leaking, etc. With a small apartment, my greatest concern was smell and it has really been a nonissue between the enclosed box, type of litter I use, and a baking soda deodorizer. Please read other reviews. The product is fantastic for certain cats who squat wee , not sprayer wee wee.
